|
1. 重工业用高下重的大容量模型,有着高效缓冲能力,同时通过内部液压油和N2 气体的相互作用,将冲击力最小化.
2. 使用用途 : 主要使用于物流仓库、大车、吊车、电梯等需要缓冲高容量冲击力的地方.
3. 运作原理
- 在缓冲器头部的水平方向受撞击时,活塞推移至油膛内,同时液压油透过特殊设计的油孔系统(Multiple Orifice)移至气膛内。油压缓冲器在整个缓冲行程中,将抵抗力(或称为线性减速)皆转换为热能,将大部分的能量以弹性位能的形式储存。在冲击行程结束时,复归弹簧将活塞杆推回起始位置,以等待下一次冲击.
- 水压缓冲器为非调整型,能吸收强大冲击力,并且可以根据用户要求定制。活塞杆为轻质铬镀金处理,可耐于长时间工作.
