注射速度影响注塑机成型制品

注射时，为了使熔料及时充满型腔，注塑机除了有足够的注射压力外，还应有一定的注射速度，以保证熔料有较快的流速。生产时，选择合理的注射速度是保证塑料制品质量的一个重要因素。通常，低速注射熔料，充模时间长，制品容易出现熔接痕、密度不均匀和残余应力大等缺陷，特别是对加工温度范围较窄的结晶型塑料和薄壁制品表现得更显著。

高速注射虽然可以减少模腔内的熔料温差，改善压力传递效果，得到密度均匀、应力小的精密制品，并缩短成型周期，但是，过高的注射速度使得熔料流经喷嘴时，产生大量的摩擦热，可能引起塑料产生分解和变色，以及吸人气体和排气不良等弊病，直接影响制品的表面质量，同时，对程控的要求更高。

目前，注射速度有不断提高的趋势。因为提高注射速度不仅能缩短注射时间，而且还能在较低的模温下获得优质制品，并缩短成型周期。尤其在注射成型各种薄壁长流程制品时，高注射速度是获得优质制品的先决条件。为了适应不同塑料和不同结构制品加工的要求，注塑机的注射速度也有一定的调节范围。注射速度的调节可通过控制进入注射油缸压力油的流量来实现。此外，目前还采用多级注射以适应制品结构的要求。
