This product is made by special synthetic water-based acrylic emulsion, titanium dioxide, carbon nano tube and hollow ceramic cenosphere. It is water-based, non-toxic and harmless coating of one-component. The solar heat reflection of the coating is over 90 and heat radiation rate is about 90. It has extremely low thermal conductivity coefficient, only 0.04 W/m.K. Such coating can lower the surface temperature of roof? up to 20℃. It can also be used to repair and seal tiny crack of b cause it has a good waterproof and penetration resistant property. The cured coating surface is? smooth,? and hydrophobic,? having self-cleaning property.

Working Principle
The working principle of? ZS-221 Sunproof ?TBC is based on boosting? thermal reflection and thermal radiation, blocking thermal conduction by cenosphere. ?It can reflect infrared, visible light and ultraviolet whose wavelength ranges from 200 nm – 2500 nm.
It will reduce the accumulation of heat on the coating surface through high reflection. Meanwhile it radiate heat to reduce the temperature of the b, even in cloudy day and night time the ?coating can still radiate heat and reduce temperature.
The cenosphere added to the coating has extremely low thermal conductivity. It can cut the thermal conduction even in high temperature. These three functions of the coating work jointly to achieve excellent thermal barrier perbance,? leaving the coated b a constant temperature.
