PBT注塑成型的工艺条件是什么
PBT的成型加工性能
1)PBT的吸湿性较小，但在高温下的水分比较敏感，成型加工时会使PBT分子降解，色泽变深，表面产生斑痕，故通常应进行干燥处理。
2)PBT熔料有极好的流动性，因此易于成型薄壁、形状复杂的制品，但要注意模具溢料，以及喷嘴流涎现象。
3)PBT有明显的熔点，当温度升至熔点以上时，流动性会猛然增加，尤要引起注意。
4)PBT成型加工范围较窄，冷却时结晶很快，加之流动性好，特别适于快速注射。
5)PBT了有较大的收缩率及其收缩范围，且在不同方向的收缩率差别较其他塑料更明显。
6)PBT对缺口、尖角的反应很敏感，在这些位置易出现应力集中，使承载能力大为下降，在受力或受冲击时易发生破裂，因此在设计塑件时应注意这一点，所有转角处，特别是内部转角应尽量采用圆弧过渡。
7)纯PBT的伸长率可达200%，因此带有较小凹陷的制品可以从模具上强制脱模。但用玻纤或填料填充后，其伸长率大为下降，在制品中如有凹陷就不能实施强制脱模。
8)PBT模具的流道在可能的情况下以短粗为佳，以圆流道效果最好。一般改性和未改性的PBT均可用普通流道，但玻纤增强PBT应用热流道成型才能有好效果。
9)点浇口和潜伏浇口的剪切作用大，能降低PBT熔料的表观粘度，有利于成型，是经常采用的浇口，浇口直径应以偏大为好。
10)浇口最好正对型芯腔或型芯，这样可以避免喷射，并使熔料在模腔中流动时回补最小。否则，制品容易产生表面缺陷，并使性能劣化。
PBT的主要注塑成型条件
1)料筒温度。料筒温度的选择对PBT的成型十分重要，如温度过低，塑化不良，会造成制品缺料、凹陷，收缩不均和无光泽等现象。而温度过高，会造成喷嘴流涎严重，溢边，色泽变深，甚至降解。通常，料筒温度控制在240~280℃,玻纤增强PBT控制在230~260℃。而喷嘴温度应控制在低于料筒前段温度5~10℃。
2)模具温度。模温与制品的尺寸稳定性、翘曲变形、成型周期和结晶度有直接关系。PBT易于结晶，即使在常温下结晶也很快，故模具温度不需要太高，通常为40~60℃,而玻纤增强PBT的模温稍高，通常为60~80℃。
3)注射压力。PBT熔体粘度低，流动性好，可采用中等程度的注射压力，一般为60~90MPa，玻纤增强PBT为80~100MPa，通常注射压力随塑件厚度的增加而加大，但不要超过100MPa,否则会使脱模困难。
