美国三都坪TPV
TPV有轻微的吸湿特性,应补充干燥,特别是在进行挤塑或吹塑加工前,更要进行干燥。在把材料放到干燥箱中之前,应当先把干燥器的温度升高到100℃。然后使TPV在干燥箱中保持2-3小时。 应避免与相对湿度高的环境接触,因为材料会吸收水分,使加工的产品产生空洞。如果在停机较长的时间之后,在重新开始操作之前,应当把挤塑机筒内所存留的原料排出。在加工TPV之前和之后,应当把挤塑设备彻底清理干净。注塑设备或挤塑机机筒应当以机械方式清理或者用聚乙烯或聚丙烯彻底置换排空。
1)注塑加工
TPV的熔体粘度比许多种普通热塑性材料更大,在加工时,需应用较大的注料嘴、注料口、流道和浇口,还需要采用高的注射压力和较快的注射速率,以提高充模速度和减少飞边,此后在较高的压力下有一个短的保持时间,使之足以将浇料口冻结。 注射螺杆的速度应当是100至200转/分,背压力在不需要混合时应当尽可能低。
2)挤塑加工
不需要真空定径。建议采用长径比为28比1或更大比例的挤塑机。通常单段螺杆比为3比1左右,如果需要用筛网组合,可用20至60网目的筛网。最好将熔体温度保持在规定范围的下限,使挤塑产品的质量最优。
3)吹塑加工
TPV机械操作条件要求与注塑和挤塑所规定的相同。模具设计、型坯尺寸、加工周期时间、以及壁厚均匀等吹塑加工因素都与制件的几何形状有很大的关系。熔体加热过度将使牵伸比下降,应当避免过热。
