1该机由机架、减速调速传动机构，加热散热机构，封口印字机构，输送装置及电器电子控制系统等部件组成。
2接通电源，各机构开始工作。电热元件通电后加热，使上下加热块急剧升温并通控制系统调整到所需温度；压印轮转动；根据需要冷却系统开动冷却；输送带送转、并由调速装置调整到所需的速度。

2.缝合：两层或多层面料缝合在一起，无线无针代替缝纫且熔接强度好；

4.开条：对材料进行单条或多条同时开切，并做熔边处理无毛边；
5.成型：同时切除、缝合、压花，使产品一次成型。
