实现自动供桶、自动开盖、自动灌装、自动称重计量、自动理盖、自动关盖、自动压防水盖、自动复检剔除、自动打码贴标、机器人码垛、自动入库、全流程远程数据管理功能。
具有复合防爆、清洁环保密闭灌装等功能。整线根据需求进行模块配置，自动化程度高，灌装速度快，计量精准，无气体污染，无物料渗漏、泄漏、滴漏。
根据物料特性可实现氮气置换、风幕保护、管线吹扫、清洗、伴热、气液分离等辅助功能，并可与智能立体桶库无缝对接，数据具有存储、查询及管理功能。
