注塑机料筒怎样使用和维修？
(1)料筒使用注意事项
① 料筒安装拆卸时要保护好法兰连接平面、前端与喷嘴连接平面，不许有划伤和撞击坑痕。安装时要保持连接平面清洁、无任何异物。紧固连接螺母时各点拧紧力要均匀。安装拆卸时料筒 后端螺纹不能碰伤。
② 料筒筒升温达到工艺温度后，应重新再紧固一次各连接螺母，以避免零件变形和熔料渗出。
③ 停产时机筒内不允许存留腐蚀性较强的聚氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯和丁酸酯类原料。停机后必须把机筒内清理干净，然后涂一层保护油。
④ 如果需拆卸机筒，应在清理料筒内残料后热状态下拆卸。
⑤ 清理机筒要用铜质刷或砂布清理，不许用钢刀硬质工具刮削。
⑥ 对含有玻璃纤维、碳纤维或碳酸钙类等改性、增强塑料树脂的塑化注射，应采用配有耐磨、耐腐蚀的合金衬套料筒塑化，因为这些无机混料对机筒的磨损和腐蚀性较大。
⑦ 料筒拆卸时不许用重锤敲击。
⑧ 料筒上不许存放重物。
(2)料筒的修复
① 料筒内表面磨损或划伤痕不严重时，可用油石或砂布在机床上进行研磨修光。
② 料筒内表面磨损较严重时，应首先检查磨损沟痕深度，计算去掉沟痕的磨削内壁还是否有热处理硬层，如还有硬层，可对料筒内孔进行修磨，直至去掉沟痕。修磨后的内表面粗糙度Ra应不大于1.60μm。孔轴线公差按GB1184—1980标准7级精度。然后按此料筒内径重新配制螺杆。如果修磨后的机筒内表面已经不存有热处理硬层，则可配制合金内套，装入料筒内。也可采用离心浇铸法，在料筒内壁上浇铸一层硬质合金层，再经过机加工研磨后使用。
