注塑件尺寸差异起因及解决办法
注塑过程中重量及尺寸的变化超过了模具/注塑机/塑料组合的生产能力。
可能的起因以及建议使用的补救方法:
1、注塑机
A、输入射料缸内的塑料不均。
检查有无充足的冷却水流经料斗喉以保持正确的温度。
B、射料缸温度或波动的范围太大。
检查有否劣质或松脱的热电偶。
检查与温度控制器一起使用的热电热偶是否属于正确类型。
C、注塑机容量太小。
检查注塑机的注塑量和塑化能力,然后与实际注塑量和每小时塑料用量进行比较。
D、不稳定的注塑压力。
检查是否每次运作都有稳定的熔融垫料。
检查回流防止阀有否漏,若有需要就进行更换。
检查是否错误的进料设定。
E、螺杆复位不稳定。
保证螺杆在每次运作时复回位置都是稳定的,即不多于0.4mm(0.16in)的变化。
F、运作时间的变化、熔液粘度不一致。
检查运作时间的不一致性。

2、模具
A、浇口部分被堵塞。
检查是否任何迹象显示浇口残留物在浇口的孔内,尤其是潜水式浇口。
B、不一致的模具温度控制。
检查用于模具冷却的冷却介质是否有着温度变化。
检查模具冷却管道有无堵塞。
检查冷却管道是否正确相连。
3、塑料
A、塑料变化。
检查进料量大小的变化。保证细末从回用料中筛掉了。
检查是否将两批塑料混合在一起。
