在硬件方面，Pro-face的要求不高，需要一个24V/2A的直流电源和触摸屏本身。另外，为了与PLC通讯，我们根据需要选择了MPI接口的RS232C串行连接的方式。
6.2 软件环境
   编程上，我们采用了天任公司提供的GP6.2英文版。按系统要求，在PLC划出20个16位的字地址实现PLC与触摸屏之间的系统通讯需求。图8所示的就是GP6.2英文版的启动窗口。

6.3结构选择
   在综合各种考虑后，我们决定采用复合连接模式。具体来说，整组画面以树形结构为我们编制的主要方式。为避免相同分支中画面无法切换的问题，在这些同一分支下的画面采用环形结构。同时，考虑到快速返回的需要，在所有画面上配以返回首页的按键。在一些报警画面上，增加它们可以独立弹出报警、故障解除后自动返回前一页的功能。
   这样做，我们既可以非常直观地反映出控制的逻辑关系，又可以方便同一分支下画面的切换，更实现了快速返回首页的功能。但是，这样也复杂了画面之间的连接，对编程和纠错带来一定的困难。
   在实践中这种结构的选择还是可以接受的：综合几种连接方式可以以最大的效果反映机组的状态，并且用户注重的是画面的使用而不会考虑编程。结构设计上必须以用户的使用为主，而不是编制人员的难易。
