袋式过滤器
袋式过滤器一种结构新颖、体积小、操作简便灵活、节能、高效、密闭工作、适用性强的多用途过滤设备。袋式过滤器是一种新型的过滤系统。袋式过滤器内部由金属网篮支撑滤袋，液体由入口流进，经滤袋过滤后从出口流出，杂质拦截在滤袋中，更换滤袋后可继续使用。

袋式过滤机是一种压力式过滤装置，主要有过滤筒体、过滤筒盖和快开机构、不锈钢滤袋加强网等主要部件组成，滤液由过滤机外壳的旁侧入口管流入滤袋，滤袋本身是装置在加强网篮内，液体渗透过所需要细度等级的滤袋即能获得合格的滤液，杂质颗粒被滤袋拦截。该机更换滤袋十分方便，过滤基本无物料消耗。
袋式过滤器具备构造合理、密封性好、流通才能强、操作简便等诸多长处。尤其是滤袋侧漏机率小，能正确地保障过滤精度，并能快捷地改换滤袋，使得操作成本下降。滤器内外表面采取机械喷砂抛光解决，平均、易清洗。我们知道，袋式过滤器所采取的过滤方法是侧进侧出的方法，也可以采取侧进底出的方法，通过管道中的压力将过滤液体介质压入或抽入袋式过滤器桶体，要过滤的液体介质经由电抛光冲孔支持滤蓝承托的过滤袋的过滤，发生变化的固液分别到达液体介质被过滤的结果。
袋式过滤器的结构设计是由四套摇锤式环首螺栓将顶盖和滤筒密封锁紧，使过滤器更能承受极高的过滤压力和水锤式的压力冲击。袋式过滤器由滤筒，过滤网篮，过滤袋三部分组成，结构紧凑简单；要过滤的液体经过滤器的进口进入，流进过滤袋，经过滤袋的拦截后，由过滤器的出口流出。袋式过滤器的进出口设计一般采用侧进底出方式，方便清洗。
袋式过滤器操作简单，使用时只需将所需要细度等级的滤袋安装在滤筒内，检查O型密封圈是否完好，然后旋紧滤筒盖环形螺栓，即可投入工作。泵启动后，过滤机上压力表微微上升，初始压力约0.05MPa左右，随着使用时间的延长，缸内滤渣逐渐增多，当压力达到0.4MPa时，应停机打开筒盖，检查滤机袋留渣情况，可更换滤袋继续使用（滤袋通过清洗一般可重复使用）。过滤机压力一般调在0.1-0.3MPa比较合适，可通过回流管路或泵上回流阀来调节，过滤压力过高会损坏滤袋以及保护网，需格外注意。主要用途油漆、啤酒、植物油、医药、化学药品、石油产品、纺织化学品、感光化学品、电镀液、牛奶、矿泉水、热溶剂、乳胶、工业用水、糖水、树脂、油墨、工业废水、果汁、食用油、腊类等。中国产业链众多，行业的生产集中度低、高端产品相配套的研发能力低、袋式过滤器行业制造技术水平低等现象仍然存在，进出口贸易逆差不断扩大，这种高速震荡带来的直接后果是导致品牌阵营中两极分化的趋势扩大。
一、日常使用
工作中的过滤系统需经常检查进出口的压力差，当压力差达到0.05-0.1Mpa时，应及时更换滤袋，以免压差过大使滤袋破裂和支撑网损坏。
二、正确打开过滤后的滤机上盖
警告：不要在袋式过滤机内有压力的情况下开盖，否则剩留液体可能喷出，并造成液体流失和人员伤害。
因此请严格按以下顺序操作：
1）闭输入阀；出口处有压力时，关闭输出阀。
2）确认排气阀所接管道已被接到安全处或吸料口后（在过滤有毒有腐蚀液体时尤须注意），再打开排气阀，防止液体对工作人员及周围环境造成伤害和污染。
3）检查压力表，确定内部压力为0，此时袋式过滤机应已与管道系统分开。
4）有排泄阀的，确认排泄液接到回收处，打开排泄阀；待袋式过滤机中的剩留液体经排泄阀流尽，关闭排泄阀。此排放工作可配合加压方式完成（请参考加压排放过程）。
5）拧开上盖吊帽，提起上盖，多袋滤机需转过一定角度。
三、更换滤袋
1）高效过滤袋是以精细的纤维所制成，这些材料的亲水性都较弱。纤维的表面不会被水弄湿，所以如其它使用同样材料的滤芯一样，在使用前，都要用另一些表面张力较低的液体将它湿润。安装前，您一定要将滤袋浸入与过滤液体匹配的预湿液中几分钟。
2）确打开袋式过滤机上盖。
3）将上盖放稳，将滤袋小心取出。
4）放入新的滤袋，请参考安装过程。
四、监控过滤质量
在液体输入压力稳定的情况下，过滤质量与滤袋内的压力差密切相关，如果压差太大，说明滤袋的过滤孔径已堵塞，过滤速度下降。因此，我们建议当袋过滤机开始工作后，应定期检查压差，通过前后压力表所显示的压差来决定更换滤袋的时间，一般滤袋能承受压力为0.5-1Kg/cm2（0.05-0.1Mpa）左右，当压差达到这一区间时，应及时更换滤袋以避免滤袋破裂，影响过滤效果。
如果压差突然下降，应立即停止过滤，并检查是否发生泄漏。
五、加压排放剩液
在过滤高粘度液体时，可以由排气阀通入压缩空气，加速剩液排放，缩短等待时间。其装置如图所示。请注意：用作加压排放的空气一定要稳定，压力不要超过过滤机工作压力。
操作步骤如下：
1）关闭输入阀门。
2）打开进气阀。
3）气体引入袋式过滤机，加压排尽剩液。
4）检查出口压力表，确认表压与压缩空气压力相等；确认出口无液体流出。
5）关闭进气阀。
6）慢慢打开排气阀；排气阀的出口有残液喷出，必须将其引到安全处或滤机吸料口。
7）压缩空气排尽后，关闭排气阀。此时滤机内部应无压力，可以开盖。
六、清洗袋式过滤机
上海润和袋式过滤机如继续过滤同一种液体，则无须清洗。但如果过滤其它种类的液体，则需清洗机器后方可使用。
七、Ο型密封圈的保养及更换
保养：使用时Ο型密封圈要对准Ο型槽放入，避免不当的挤压致使Ο型密封圈变形；不过滤时，Ο型密封圈必须取出擦拭干净，否则残液凝固后附着在其表面，导致硬化，密封性变差。
更换：若Ο型密封圈已老化或破损，请及时更换。更换时应选择相同型号的Ο型密封圈。
特别声明：
1、正常使用情况下，过滤机及支撑网质保一年，如由于使用不当造成损坏的不在质保范围。
2、标准袋式过滤机最大设计压力为1.0Mpa，推荐最大工作压力为0.5Mpa特殊规格除外。
3、袋式夹套过滤机夹套内最大设计压力为1.0Mpa，最大推其荐工作压力为0.6Mpa。
4、多袋式过滤机设计压力为1.0Mpa，最大推荐工作压力为0.6Mpa。 [1]
浙江双庆阀门袋式过滤器安装
安装时，请按以下步骤作业：
1、 将袋式过滤机放置在需过滤的工位上，连接进出口法兰或管牙后，加以固定；闷堵排气口，或配置排气阀。夹套型连接保温热源。
2、 将金属内网轻轻放入袋式过滤机中，使内网领口与袋式过滤机口吻合。
3、 放置滤袋，使滤袋环口和金属内网领口吻合。
4、 将Ο型密封圈放入Ο型槽，Ο型密封圈不能扭曲或变形，多袋滤机扣上滤袋压环。
5、 一手握住上盖把手，一手抓住上盖的另一端（多袋滤机转动顶端手轮）
6、 上盖对准后，同时拧紧对角的两个吊帽，将所有吊帽一一拧紧（用短棍插入吊环内绞紧）。
7、 关闭安装在袋式过滤机顶部的排气阀。
8、 请检查各连接管子道是否牢固；工作压力是否在允许范围内。
9、 打开输出阀门。打开热源进入阀，是滤机温度升到指定温度。
10、漫漫地打开输入阀门，让液体缓缓流入并充满滤机，防止液体突然冲击滤袋，造成破裂，然后观察有无泄漏。若未出现泄漏，即可开始过滤。
Installation of Zhejiang Shuangqing Valve Bag Filter
安装时，请按以下步骤作业：

1、 将袋式过滤机放置在需过滤的工位上，连接进出口法兰或管牙后，加以固定；闷堵排气口，或配置排气阀。夹套型连接保温热源。

2、 将金属内网轻轻放入袋式过滤机中，使内网领口与袋式过滤机口吻合。

3、 放置滤袋，使滤袋环口和金属内网领口吻合。
