本机为我司根据国内企业生产实际的要求，在吸收，消化国外同类设备先进技术的基础上，自行设计，研制开发出hy-gf6自动灌装封尾机，该机设计新颖，机构紧凑，一机多用，操作简单，能满足铝塑、全塑内加热灌装封尾，同时更换模块可以实现铝管的折边封口，真正做到了一机多能、一机多用，该机目前为我司标准机型设备，零件设计均采用模块化、标准化，零件互换性强。通过更换少量模具，可以实现对不同管径的包材的灌装封尾。
适用于医药、食品、日用化工、美术颜料等行业用户的需要，是目前比较理想的软管灌装封尾设备。
本机操作直观方便，装量精准，灌装嘴插入跟踪物料上升灌装，灌装无滴漏。
变频调速，生产速度可调，自动计数。
自动上管，自动校对色标。
机构简单，性能稳定，维护保养简单。
