工作原理<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p> 以强制循环蒸发器为主要工艺形式,蒸发室配DTB<\/span>结构结晶器,是MVR-FC<\/span>蒸发器在结晶及其它功能上的完善与扩展。<\/span><\/span><\/p> 通过对设备内部空间的合理规划分区,DTB<\/span>结晶器强化了结晶区循环的通量,减少了循环受热母液的含固量。根据生产需要可兼有气液分离、晶体培养、细晶消除、清液采出等多重功能。<\/span><\/span><\/p> 被加热的循环物料从导流管快速上升至蒸发液面,产生过饱和液后沿环形面积减速下行,过饱和逐渐消失。结晶器内部循环通量除了外循环量外还包括了文氏效应产生的附加循环量。<\/span><\/span><\/p> 结晶器底部可选配分级腿,以得到粒度更均匀的产品。<\/span><\/span><\/p> 产品特点<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>继承了MVR-FC<\/span>强制循环蒸发器的大部分优点,蒸发强度高,应用广泛。<\/span><\/span><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>结晶循环区和细晶沉淀区互不干扰,可方便取出细晶进行消除。<\/span><\/span><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>内循环量大于外循环量,溶液过饱和消除迅速。<\/span><\/span><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>外循环速度可调,有利于降低外循环母液晶体夹带量,降低晶体被叶轮破损几率。<\/span><\/span><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>无需过滤就可为其它工序提供等温清母液。<\/span><\/span><\/p> 应用范围<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>以蒸发浓缩为主要方式获得晶体产品的工艺过程。<\/span><\/span><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>以浓缩液作为蒸发产品,但浓缩过程中有少量固体析出的工况。<\/span><\/span><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>晶种法防垢蒸发工艺,如高硬度溶液的浓缩。<\/span><\/span><\/p> v <\/span><\/span><\/span>多元水盐体系分质结晶工艺,如盐硝联产工艺、Na+<\/sup><\/span>、K+<\/sup>/Cl-<\/sup>-H2<\/sub>O<\/span>体系钾钠分离工艺。<\/span> 文章来源:河北诺达化工设备有限公司<\/strong>
