\r细集料棱角性测定仪<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r适用范围<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r WX-2000<\/span>细集料棱角性测定仪用于测定一定体积的细集料(机制砂、石屑、天然砂)全部通过标准漏斗所需要的流动时间,称为细集料的棱角性,以<\/span>s<\/span>表示。<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r主要结构:<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 细集料流动时间测定仪,如图所示,上部为直径<\/span>90mm<\/span>,高<\/span>125mm<\/span>的金属圆桶,下部为更换的开口<\/span>60<\/span>°的金属或硬质塑料漏斗,漏斗内部应光滑,其流出孔直径有两种可更换的规格<\/span>12mm<\/span>或<\/span>16mm<\/span>,上部有螺纹与圆筒连成一整体。漏斗下方有一个可以左右转动的开启挡板,测定仪下方放置一个足以存下<\/span>3kg<\/span>细集料的容器。<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r主要技术参数:<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 1<\/span>、圆锥筒漏斗:角度<\/span>60<\/span>°±<\/span>2<\/span>°<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 2<\/span>、漏斗口直径:<\/span>12.7mm<\/span>±<\/span>0.3mm<\/span>;<\/span>100ml <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 3<\/span>、容器:<\/span>100ml<\/span>±<\/span>5ml <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 4<\/span>、斗容间距:<\/span>115mm<\/span>±<\/span>1mm <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 5<\/span>、捣棒直径:<\/span>25mm<\/span>±<\/span>0.5mm <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 6<\/span>、捣棒质量:<\/span>340g<\/span>±<\/span>5g <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 7<\/span>、净重:<\/span>9kg<\/span>;<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 8<\/span>、外形尺寸:<\/span>310<\/span>×<\/span>310<\/span>×<\/span>500<\/span>(<\/span>mm<\/span>)<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r执行标准<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span>严格按照<\/span>JTJ058<\/span>—<\/span>2000<\/span>公路规程设计的产品<\/span>,<\/span>可完成<\/span>T0344,\rT0330<\/span>试验。<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r实验仪器与材料<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 1.<\/span>标准筛:孔径为<\/span>4.75mm<\/span>、<\/span>2.5mm<\/span>、<\/span>0.075mm<\/span>的方孔筛。<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 2.<\/span>天平:感量不大于<\/span>0.1g<\/span>。<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 3.<\/span>烘箱:能控温在<\/span>105<\/span>℃±<\/span>5<\/span>℃。<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 4.<\/span>秒表:准确至<\/span>0.1s<\/span>。<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 5<\/span>、玻璃板:<\/span>60mmX60mm<\/span>,厚度<\/span>4mm <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 6<\/span>、刮尺:带刃直尺,长<\/span>100mm<\/span>宽<\/span>20mm <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 7<\/span>、其他:搪瓷盘,毛刷<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r试验步骤:<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span> 1.<\/span>将从现场取来的细集料试样,按照最大粒径的不同选择<\/span>2.36mm<\/span>或<\/span>4.75mm<\/span>的标准筛过筛,<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 2<\/span>除去大于最大粒径的部分。<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r但当工程上同时使用不同品种细集料,如将天然砂和机制砂、石屑混用时,应分别进行单一细集料品种的棱角性质量评定,同时以实际配合比例组成的细集料混合料进行试验,以评定其使用性能。<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 3.<\/span>按<\/span>T0327<\/span>方法以水洗法除去小于<\/span>0.075mm<\/span>的粉尘部分,取<\/span>0.075mm~2.36mm<\/span>或<\/span>0.075mm~4.75mm<\/span>的试样约<\/span>6kg<\/span>放入<\/span>105<\/span>℃±<\/span>5<\/span>℃烘箱中烘干至恒干至恒重,<\/span>2<\/span>在室温下冷却。<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 4.<\/span>按本规程<\/span>T0328<\/span>的方法测定试样的表观相对密度У<\/span>a<\/span>,用分料器法或四分法将试样分成不少于<\/span>5<\/span>份,按下式计算每份试样所需的质量,称量准确至<\/span>0.1g<\/span>。<\/span> <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r m=1.0<\/span>×У<\/span>a/2.70 <\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 式中:<\/span>m<\/span>—每份试样的质量(<\/span>kg<\/span>);<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r У<\/span>a<\/span>—该试样的表观相对密度,无量纲。<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 5.<\/span>根据试验的细集料规格选择漏斗,对规格<\/span>0.075mm~2.36mm<\/span>的细集料选用漏出孔径为<\/span>12mm<\/span>的漏斗,对规格<\/span>0.075mm~4.75mm<\/span>的细集料选用孔径为<\/span>16mm<\/span>的漏斗,将漏斗与圆筒连接安装成一整体。关闭漏斗下方的开启门,在漏斗下方置接受容器。<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 6.<\/span>将试样从圆筒中央开口处(高度与筒顶齐平)徐徐倒入漏斗,表面尽量倒平,但倒完后不得以任何工具扰动或刮平试样。<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 7.<\/span>在打开漏斗开启门的同时开动秒表,漏斗中细集料随时即从漏斗开口处流出,<\/span>2<\/span>进入接受容器中。在细集料全部流完的同时停止秒表,读出细集料流出的时间,准确至<\/span>0.1s<\/span>,即为该细集料试样的流动时间。<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r 8.<\/span>一次试验需平行试验<\/span>5<\/span>次,以流动时间的平均值作为细集料棱角性的试验结果。<\/span>\r<\/p>
