        2T/H一体化地埋式污水处理设备方案    <\/h3>            

            
一、工程概况<\/span><\/strong>         <\/p>        

                <\/span>本技术方案按<\/span>1<\/span>套<\/span>2<\/span>吨<\/span>/<\/span>小时设计所作。本污水处理系统污水来源为生活污水,生活污水如果直接排放会污染周边环境,因此必须对排放的污水进行处理,使处理后的排放水达标排放。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            为严格遵守有关环境法规,保护环境,本着经济建设和环境保护同步进行的“三同时”原则。我单位受投资者邀请,在进行初步调研,并经多项生活污水处理成功的实践经验的基础上,编制该地区污水设计方案,以供有关部门决策、实施。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            针对该公司的具体污水水质的特点,本方案拟采用常规的“<\/span>A/O<\/span>生物接触氧化”工艺,该处理工艺较为简单,操作运行方便,日常费用低廉,出水稳定,主要设备采用优质的钢结构的箱体,考虑到生活区内周边环境和卫生问题,故该生活污水处理工程决定采用全埋地式结构,上部覆土,可种植花木、草坪,进一步美化环境。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            二、设计依据<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            1<\/span>、《城市区域环境噪声标准》(<\/span>GB3096-93<\/span>);<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2<\/span>、《室外排水设计规范》(<\/span>GBJ14-87<\/span>);<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3<\/span>、《给水排水工程结构设计规范》(<\/span>GBJ69-84<\/span>);<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            4<\/span>、《污水综合排放标准》(<\/span>GB8978-1996<\/span>)。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            三、设计原则<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            1<\/span>、充分考虑二次污染的防治,设备要求噪声低,处理站附近区域无明显异味,处理设施要有密封措施,尽量减少对周围环境的影响;<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2<\/span>、系统操作简单,维护管理方便;<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3<\/span>、处理系统能自动运行,经常性运行费用低,投资省;<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            4<\/span>、污泥产生量少,并能保证污泥有可靠的出路;<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            5<\/span>、处理设施应具有较大的适应性、应急性、可满足水质、水量的变化,并考虑突发事故状态的各种应急措施。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>

            五、设计范围<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            污水处理站范围内的污水处理建(构)筑物及配套建(构)筑物的工艺、土建、电气、仪表及供电线路及进出水管线的设计。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            六、工艺选择<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            1<\/span><\/strong>、污水特点<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            水质浓度不高且稳定,可生化性较好,属低浓度有机污水<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2<\/span><\/strong>、工艺确定<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            常规水处理工艺可分为生物膜法和活性污泥法。生物膜法一般适用于水量较小(一般在<\/span>5000T/D<\/span>以下)、水质较为稳定、浓度不是很高的低浓度污水水质,同时由于生物膜培养较快(一般夏天为<\/span>7-10<\/span>天,冬天为<\/span>15-20<\/span>天),系统调试好<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            后运行稳定,可操作性较强。活性污泥法一般用于水量较大,水质有一定的波动,中等浓度或高浓度水质,同时由于活性污泥培养时间较长(一般需要<\/span>30<\/span>天左右),系统运行中操作管理较繁,对操作人员有一定的要求。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            污水水质按常规设定:<\/span>CODCr <\/sub>≤ <\/sub>300mg/l<\/span>,<\/span>BOD5 <\/sub>≤200mg/l<\/span>,及结合我厂以往工程实例,推荐使用生物膜法处理工艺,拟用<\/span>A/O<\/span>生物接触氧化工艺为主体的生化处理方法。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            本工程污水中有机成份较高,<\/span>BOD5/CODcr=0.6<\/span>,可生化性较好,因此采用生物处理方法比较经济。由于污水中氨氮及有机物含量较高,特别是有机氮,在生物降解有机物时,有机氮会以氨氮形式表现出来,氨氮也是一个重要的污染控制指标,因此污水处理采用缺氧好氧<\/span>A/O<\/span>生物接触氧化工艺,即生化池需分为<\/span>A<\/span>级池和<\/span>O<\/span>级池两部分。生活污水通过格栅拦污进入调节池,设置调节池的目的主要是调节污水的水量和水质。调节池内污水采用污水提升泵提升至<\/span>A<\/span>级生化池,进行生化处理。在<\/span>A<\/span>级池内,由于污水中有机物浓度较高,微生物处于缺氧状态,此时微生物为兼性微生物,它们将污水中有机氮转化为氨氮,同时利用有机碳源作为电子供体,将<\/span>NO2<\/sub>-N<\/span>、<\/span>NO3<\/sub>-N<\/span>转化为<\/span>N2<\/sub><\/span>,而且还利用部分有机碳源和氨氮合成新的细胞物质。所以<\/span>A<\/span>级池不仅具有一定的有机物去除功能,减轻后续<\/span>O<\/span>级生化池的有机负荷,以利于硝化作用进行,而且依靠污水中的高浓度有机物,完成反硝化作用,最终消除氮的富营养化污染。经过<\/span>A<\/span>级池的生化作用,污水中仍有一定量的有机物和较高的氮氨存在,为使有机物进一步氧化分解,同时在碳化作用趋于完全的情况下,硝化作用能顺利进行,特设置<\/span>O<\/span>级生化池。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            A<\/span>级池出水自流进入<\/span>O<\/span>级池,<\/span>O<\/span>级生化池的处理依靠自养型细菌(硝化菌)完成,它们利用有机物分解产生的无机碳源或空气中的二氧化碳作为营养源,将污水中的氨氮转化为<\/span>NO2<\/sub>-N<\/span>、<\/span>NO3<\/sub>-N<\/span>。<\/span>O<\/span>级池出水一部分进入沉淀池进行沉淀,另一部分回流至<\/span>A<\/span>级池进行内循环,以达到反硝化的目的。在<\/span>A<\/span>级和<\/span>O<\/span>级生化池中均安装有填料,整个生化处理过程依赖于附着在填料上的多种微生物来完成的。在<\/span>A<\/span>级池内溶解氧控制在<\/span>0.5mg/l<\/span>左右;在<\/span>O<\/span>级生化池内溶解氧控制在<\/span>2.0mg/l<\/span>以上,气水比<\/span>12:1<\/span>;<\/span> O<\/span>级生化池一部分出水回流进入<\/span>A<\/span>级池,回流比为<\/span>**-200%<\/span>;一部分流入竖流式沉淀池,进行固液分离;沉淀池固液分离后的出水进入消毒出水池,经消毒后即可直接排放。沉淀池沉淀下来的污泥由气提装置提升至污泥浓缩池;污泥浓缩池内浓缩后的污泥采用粪车外运作农肥处理。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            污水处理工艺流程如下:<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>

            污水<\/span><\/strong>—<\/span><\/strong>格栅<\/span><\/strong>—<\/span><\/strong>调节池<\/span><\/strong>—A<\/span><\/strong>级生化池<\/span><\/strong>—O<\/span><\/strong>级生化池<\/span><\/strong>---<\/span><\/strong>沉淀池<\/span><\/strong>-<\/span><\/strong>清水池<\/span><\/strong>-<\/span><\/strong>排放<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong>         <\/p>

            七、工艺说明<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            1<\/span><\/strong>、格栅<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            格栅主要用来拦截污水中的大块漂浮物,以保证后续处理构筑物的正常运行及有效减轻处理负荷,为系统的长期正常运行提供保证。格栅采用人工格栅一台。人工格栅由不锈钢制成网形,栅条间隙为<\/span>5mm<\/span>。格栅采用<\/span>1<\/span>只,规格为<\/span>:500′500′500mm<\/span>。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2<\/span><\/strong>、调节池<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            由于来自各时的水质、水量均不一样,一般高峰流量为平均处理量的<\/span>2<\/span>~<\/span>8<\/span>倍,因此为使污水处理系统连续稳定地运行,同时调节水量和均化水质,所以设计一调节池。该调节池的设计有效容积一般为平均处理量的<\/span>6<\/span>~<\/span>10<\/span>倍。调节池内置潜污泵及回流措施并同时设置曝气系统进行预曝气,以保证一定的额定流量提升至生活污水处理设备及后续处理的稳定。提升泵选用<\/span>QW<\/span>型潜污泵<\/span>2<\/span>台。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            调节池<\/span>16 m33<\/sup><\/span>,设计水力停留时间为<\/span>8<\/span>小时。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3.<\/span><\/strong>一体化地埋式生活污水处理设备<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            本工艺采用<\/span>WSZ<\/span>地埋式<\/span>一体化污水处理设备<\/span><\/strong><\/span>,该设备主要是对<\/span>生活污水<\/span><\/strong>和与之类似的<\/span>工业有机污水<\/span><\/strong>的处理,主要处理手段采用目前较为成熟的生化处理技术接触氧化法,总共由六部分组成:<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (<\/span>1<\/span>)<\/span>A<\/span>级生化池<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

             <\/span>为使<\/span>A<\/span>级生化池内溶解氧控制在<\/span>0.5mg/l<\/span>左右,池内采用间隙曝气。<\/span>A<\/span>级生化池的填料采用新型弹性立体填料,高度为<\/span>2.0<\/span>米。这种填料具有不易堵塞、重量轻、比表面积大,处理效果稳定等优点,并且易于检修和更换,停留时间为<\/span>≥3.5<\/span>小时。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (<\/span>2<\/span>)<\/span>O<\/span>级生化池<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            A/O<\/span>生化池的填料采用池内设置柱状生物载体填料,该填料比表面积大,为一般生物填料的<\/span>16<\/span>~<\/span>20<\/span>倍<\/span>(<\/span>同单位体积<\/span>)<\/span>,因此池内保持较高的生物量,达到高速去除有机污染物的目的。曝气设备采用鼓风机及微孔曝气器,氧的利用率为<\/span>30<\/span>以上,有效地节约了运行费用。停留时间<\/span>≥7<\/span>小时,气水比在<\/span>12<\/span>:<\/span>1<\/span>左右。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

             <\/span>(<\/span>3<\/span>)沉淀池<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            污水经<\/span>O<\/span>级生化池处理后,水中含有大量悬浮固体物(生物膜脱落),为了使出水<\/span>SS<\/span>达到排放标准,采用竖流式沉淀池来进行固液分离。沉淀池设置<\/span>1<\/span>座,表面负荷为<\/span>1.0m3<\/sup>/m2<\/sup>·hr<\/span>。沉淀池污泥采采用气提设备提至污泥池,同时可根据实际水质情况将污泥部分提至<\/span>A<\/span>级生化池进行污泥回流,增加<\/span>O<\/span>级生化池中的污泥浓度,提高去除效率。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (<\/span>4<\/span>)消毒池<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            消毒池接触时间为<\/span>30<\/span>分钟。消毒采用二氧化氯消毒。投加量为<\/span>4<\/span>-<\/span>6mg/L<\/span>。经过生化、沉淀后的处理水再进行消毒处理。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (<\/span>5<\/span>)污泥池<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            污泥池有效容积<\/span>8m3<\/sup>,<\/span>沉淀池污泥用空气提升至污泥池进行常温消化,污泥池的上清液回流至接触氧化池内进行再处理,消化后剩余污泥很少。清理方法可用吸粪车从污泥池的检查孔伸入污泥底部进行抽吸外运即可。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (<\/span>6<\/span>)风机房、风机<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            风机设在风机房内,设有消声器,因此运行时噪声符合环保要求。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            ★<\/span><\/strong>、生物载体填料<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

                <\/span>主要特点如下:<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (1)<\/span>、用优质的聚烯类各聚酰胺中的几种耐腐、耐温、耐老化的优质品种为材料,混合以亲水、吸附、抗热氧等助剂,长时间浸泡在废水中不会降解,也不会有对微生物有毒害作用的物质溶出,优于采用其它诸如聚氯乙烯等材质。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (2)<\/span>、采用特殊的拉丝,丝条制毛工艺,将丝条插固于耐腐的中心绳上,制成了悬挂式立体弹性填料单体,填料在有效区域内能立体全方位均匀舒展满布,使水、气、生物膜得到充分接触交换,生物膜不仅能均匀地着床于每一丝条上,保持良好的生物活性和空隙可变性,而且能在运行过程中获得越来越大的比表面积,又能进行良好的新陈代谢。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

             (3)<\/span>、高的比表面积,普通微生物填料比表面积为<\/span>90-180 m2/m3<\/span>,生物载体填料单面的比表面积可达<\/span>320 m2/m3<\/span>,双面比表面积高达<\/span>640m2/m3<\/span>,由于具有高的比表面积,则单位容积内生物量就高,可以达到水力停留时间短的目的。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (4)<\/span>、微生物的高活性。在填料的表面生长的微生物膜由于填料流化碰撞、曝气冲刷使微生物处于高活性的对数增长期,处理效率高。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (5)<\/span>、填料为悬挂型,更换方便,使用寿命长达<\/span>10<\/span>年以上。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (6)<\/span>、填料内部生长厌氧菌,产生反硝化作用,可以脱氮;外部生长好氧菌,进行好氧分解有机物。所以同步存在着硝化与反硝化作用。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            ★<\/span><\/strong>、微孔曝气器<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (1)<\/span>、使用寿命长,维护方便,由于采用优质的<\/span>ABS<\/span>塑料及钢玉为制作材料,具有使用寿命长的优点,而且结构为半圆形式结构,曝气均匀。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (2)<\/span>、曝气器为骨架为空结构,在使用过程中浮力小,振动小,无需特殊固定,安装方便。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (3)<\/span>、氧转移效率高,我厂开发的曝气器弥补了一般曝气器在使用中容易老化、堵塞、使用寿命低的缺点,其气泡小<\/span>,<\/span>结构为四周微孔均匀出气,通气量高,压力损失小,氧转移效率高。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>

            十一、微机控制操作设计<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            该污水处理系统整个工艺系统控制采用进口施耐德<\/span>PLC<\/span>作为中央控制器,主要控制调节池内的潜污泵、风机的相互切换。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            1<\/span>、提升泵<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            提升泵采用抗堵塞、撕裂型<\/span>WQ<\/span>潜污泵,具有排泥能力强、无堵塞,能有效通过直径<\/span>10mm<\/span>的固体颗粒。调节池提升泵采用两台,分工作泵和备用泵,水泵的启动受调节池浮球控制,浮球开关由全密封的玻璃结构的**构成,外部泡沫塑料作载体,浮球根据调节池液位分三只,受控制柜控制。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2<\/span>、风机<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            风机采用百事德公司生产的产品,型号为<\/span>HC-40IS<\/span>,该风机噪声小,使用寿命长。系统工艺中采用风机进行鼓风曝气在<\/span>24<\/span>小时内交换使用。当调节池水泵停止时,风机间隔<\/span>2<\/span>小时曝气<\/span>0.5<\/span>小时,每台风机运行<\/span>24<\/span>小时自动切换一次,该过程均由控制柜控制。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3<\/span>、全系统工作程序为:<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

                <\/span><\/strong>1)<\/span>、当调节池污水液位在停泵水位以下时,曝气生物床风机保持停半小时开十分钟,且水泵不能启动。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2)<\/span>、当调节池污水液位在开泵水位以下,停泵水位以上时,手动能启动水泵<\/span>1<\/span>和水泵<\/span>2<\/span>,风机能连续交替运行。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3)<\/span>、当调节池污水液位在报警水位以下时,二台风机交替工作,水泵不间断运行,直至污水液位降至停泵水位以下后停机。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            由于微机控制系统具备以上功能和特点,能使污水处理设备在<\/span>24<\/span>小时内全自动运行,既节省人力,又节约能源,并保证污水处理达到设计标准。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>

            Ⅴ<\/span>、自控<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            1<\/span>、自动控制两台水泵的开、停,当超警界水位时,设置溢流直排管,低于起动液位自动停泵。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2<\/span>、风机连续运行,当污水断流时,风机自动间歇运行。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3<\/span>、电磁阀的自动定时空气提泥。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            该控制柜主机<\/span>PC<\/span>机采用台湾永和公司产品,交流接触器、热继电器采用西门子<\/span>3TB<\/span>、<\/span>3TF<\/span>、<\/span>3DA<\/span>系列产品,该控制柜有过流、缺相、过压、欠压等故障的自动报警功能,同时具有<\/span>“<\/span>五防<\/span>”<\/span>功能。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            Ⅵ<\/span>、填料<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            填料型状为柱状结构,比表面积大,易安装。在运行过程中,内外形成不同的生物相,能适应不同的细菌生长。使用寿命达<\/span>10<\/span><\/u><\/strong>年以上。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            填料比表面积为:<\/span>520<\/span><\/strong>m2<\/sup>/m3<\/sup><\/span>。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            Ⅶ<\/span>、曝气系统<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            曝气微孔曝气器,该曝气器材质为刚玉,使用寿命长;整体结构采用圆形结构,所受张力比盘式曝气器大为减小;同时采用先导气槽结构,曝气组件无浮力;开孔均匀,数量多;各曝气器采用<\/span>ABS<\/span>连接紧固件,接口不易漏气,拆卸方便。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            结论:<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            地埋式一体化生活污水处理设备本体为钢制防腐,管道为<\/span>UPVC<\/span>工程塑料,填料为乙丙共聚,曝气器为刚玉制,设备内部各联接件均为钢制,故设备具有防腐性能强、使用寿命长等特点。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            卖方供货的设备(材料)应按本技术规格书的要求进行设计、检验和试验。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            在设备(材料)制造期间,买方有权随时派遣人员检查卖方和卖方分包商的设计、制造、检验和试验是否符合合同、相关标准规范、工程文件的规定,并检查制造加工进度。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            《检验规定(目测检验和焊接检验)》为卖方向买方检验进行合适准备提供了指南。卖方的标准检验程序和计划(包括项目和进度)应由卖方编制,并在合同生效后两个月内提交给买方。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            买方的检验或目睹不能解除卖方全面遵循本技术规格书的责任。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            本技术规格书所规定的专门检验和验收要求是补充的,并不能取代适用标准规范和规定的任何要求。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (<\/span><\/strong>一<\/span><\/strong>)<\/span><\/strong>出厂例行检查<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            1<\/span>、设备在出厂前必须检查无任任何缺陷,并检查各部件是否符合规范要求等。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2<\/span>、每台设备进行试压、试漏无任何异常现象。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3<\/span>、检查各设备附件及包装情况,清点发货清单,确认无误后一一记录备案。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            (<\/span><\/strong>二<\/span><\/strong>)<\/span><\/strong>现场试验<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

             <\/span>为了防止部件损坏而包装了防护粘贴(如有),不得提前撕离,必须在现场整机安装后撕离。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            a. <\/span>先对设备安装位置及标高进行检测,是否符合设计要求。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            b. <\/span>设备安装平面位置偏差应小于<\/span>±20mm<\/span>,标高偏差不大于<\/span>±20mm<\/span>,两侧符合设计要求。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            c. <\/span>设备安装定位应准确,其安装角偏差不大于<\/span>±0.50<\/span>。<\/span><\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            d. <\/span>按技术要求进行检验安装,保证其允差值符合规定的指标。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            E<\/span>.开机试车,观察设备运行有无异常,虹吸系统是否正常等<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            三、性能保证<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3.1<\/span>投标方应遵守并执行中华人民共和国**技术监督局或行业部门发布实施的有关标准规范。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3.2<\/span>投标方应保证其设计、制造、安装的设备效果满足要求。安装验收完毕一年内,由有关权威机构进行性能测试,并对其进行综合评价。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3.3 <\/span>设备连续运转时间保证值<\/span>8000<\/span>小时,设备本体使用寿命不少于<\/span>10<\/span>年,钢制件防腐层使用寿命不少于<\/span>10<\/span>年。设备性能保证期<\/span>3<\/span>年。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3.4<\/span>工艺主体设备由我公司自己生产,设备的质量标准、材质等,除无特殊设计要求外均按**标准执行,若无国标均按设计单位认可的企业标准执行。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3.5<\/span>设计、生产及调校均须符合国际标准<\/span>ISO9001<\/span>。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3.6<\/span>原材料均采用进口或国内大型企业的优质钢材和钛塑材料;其它材料均选用国内质量优良的材料。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3.7<\/span>我公司具备国内**的加工生产能力,包括高素质的生产人员和具有较高技术含量的加工设备。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            1<\/span>、我公司投标货物严格按**标准执行制作<\/span>,<\/span>投标产品在设计、制造、检验、包装运输及安装过程中所遵循的通用标准均为国标(<\/span>GB<\/span>)或部标(<\/span>JB<\/span>)等这些通用标准。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            2<\/span>、投标文件中所有设备及材料严格按照招标书要求和投标书承诺采购,均有产品的合格证书。我公司有可操作的质量保证程序及相应的文件,并在生产本技术条件书中的产品时能严格执行质量程序文件。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            3<\/span>、我公司在制造过程中,对设备的材料、联接、组装、工艺、整体及功能进行试验和检验,以保证完全符合本技术条件书和确认的设计图纸的要求。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            4<\/span>、在产品监造、检验和验收过程中,如发现任何不符合本技术条件书要的产品或配件,我公司及时返修或更换,直至符合规定要求。如发现任何与我公司的质量保证文件不符的操作而有可能影响产品质量时,我公司及时修正按质量保证程序进行生产。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>

            四、<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong>资料提供<\/span><\/strong><\/span>         <\/p>        

            4.1 <\/span>卖方随报价提供在同类设备设计和制造方面的业绩,运用的技术和工艺技术特点;以及报价需提供的文件。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            4.2 <\/span>合同生效<\/span>15<\/span>天内,卖方应向买方提供先期确认文件,供买方确认。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            4.3 <\/span>卖方收到买方审查意见后<\/span>3-6<\/span>天内,卖方向买方提供最终确认文件,由买方审查、确认。卖方提供的除按《供货厂商图纸资料要求》中所列的纸质文件外,图纸另外提供电子版文件。<\/span><\/span>         <\/p>        

            4.4 <\/span>虽然买方审查确认了所有文件与图纸,卖方仍对设备的设计、制造和性能负责
