MPB的<\/span>EOA-u-P15<\/span>和<\/span>EOA-u-30<\/span>系列低噪声高功率光纤放大器可用于<\/span>1550nm<\/span>通信、光纤激光器以及光开关应用中。<\/span><\/p>

EOA-u-P15和<\/span>EOA-u-30<\/span>系列在输入功率低至<\/span>-30dBm<\/span>时,能够提供**的噪声和**的饱和输出功率。每一个型号都将一个低噪声前置放大器和功率放大器集成为同一个单元中。在<\/span>HPFA<\/span>系列中,从前置放大器输出的光可以引出,能够允许在两级之间放置可以抑制前置放大器<\/span>ASE<\/span>的可调谐滤波器。对于较低成本的<\/span>GPFA-NMA<\/span>系列,则没有。此两个系列的短脉冲版本就是亚皮秒光纤放大器。<\/span><\/p>

掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA),由于自发辐射(ASE)噪声的影响,经多次级联,自发幅射噪声的积累,会大大降低系统接收端的信噪比,从而限制了系统的传输容量和无中继段距离。<\/p>

   拉曼光纤放大器(RFA)是利用光纤中的受激拉曼散射(SRS)产生的光增益,实现对信号光的放大。RFA具有很低的等效噪声指数和很宽的增益谱,可以通过采用多波长光泵浦,使增益带宽得到进一步的展宽,代表着新一低光纤放大器发展的方向。<\/p>

混合拉曼/掺铒光纤放大器<\/span><\/strong> <\/p>

<\/p>

      1、 掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA),经多次级联,由于自发辐射噪声的积累,会大大降低系统的信噪比,从而限制了系统的传输容量和传输距离。拉曼光纤放大器 (RFA)是基于光纤受激拉曼散射(SRS)效应,研究和应用的新型光纤放大器,被认为是新一代高速DWDM光纤超长通信骨干网的核心技术之一。与掺铒光 纤放大器相比,拉曼放大器具有更低的噪声指数、更大的增益带宽、灵活的增益谱区和温度稳定性好等优点。它是目前**能在1300~1600nm这么宽的光 谱上进行放大的光器件。<\/p>

  2、掺铒光纤放大器的增益介质是掺铒光纤EDF,它是一个分立式放大器,信号光只有进入EDFA才能放大。分布式拉曼放大器是利用信号光本身传输的普通 光纤(SMF-28)作增益介质,它的增益区分布在离输出端约50Km以上的很长的传输光纤中,即信号光在远未到达传输光纤的输出端前就获得放大。此特点 构成了拉曼放大器对信号光的分布式放大,有利于实现长距离的无中继传输和远程泵浦。<\/p>

  3、光纤拉曼放大器的低噪声指数,表现出以下**潜力的优越特性:<\/p>

   ① 在普通单模光纤(G.652)中,采用分布式拉曼放大器,可降低有效跨距损耗5.5dB(典型值)。同比采用EDFA,相当于有效跨距长度缩短25Km, (损耗按0.22dB/Km计算)。这对于光纤CATV系统,降低入纤光功率,减弱光纤非线性效应(SBS)的危害,具有非常积极的作用。<\/p>

  ② 在OSNR演化计算中,上述有效跨距损耗的降低,通常被归结于光放大器噪声指数的降低。分布式后向泵浦拉曼放大器的等效噪声指数一般为0dB,典型值为0 ~ -2dB。这对提高单跨段长度,增加系统OSNR预算和传输距离等方面,均具有显著的优势。<\/p>

   4、拉曼放大器也有它的缺陷,增益比较低,在实际系统应用中不会超过16dB。而EDFA虽然在噪声系数上不如拉曼放大器,但小信号增益可以超过 30dB。因此,在系统实际应用中,常将拉曼放大器与EDFA结合在一起使用。将两者组合在一起的混合式拉曼放大器是一种理想的应用形式。<\/p>

  当一个后置的EDFA(假如GP=10dB,NF=5.5dB),和一个前置的分布式拉曼放大器RFA(假如GP=10dB,NF=-0.5dB),组合一起使用,可得到混合拉曼放大器(Raman+EDFA)的增益GP=20dB,噪声系数NF=0.96dB。<\/p>

注意事项<\/p>

① 掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)的输入端,无光功率输出。而分布式光纤拉曼放大器是采用后向泵浦,光纤输入端有高功率的泵浦光输出。在安装使用时,在输入端和 输出端未接好光纤连接器前,不得加电开机。如要调整或更换输入、输出连接器,必须先断电、关机!以防止高能量的激光对工程和维护人员造成伤害。<\/p>

② 与光纤拉曼放大器连接的附近光纤连接器和光纤熔接点,会吸收高能量的泵浦光功率,并产生后向散射,劣化信号质量。对这些连接器和熔接点的质量有很高的要求,以尽量减少反射和损耗对拉曼增益机制的影响。<\/p>

MPFG4400-FM05采用世界**品牌的泵浦激光器,先进的电子电路和低功耗设计,极大地降低了整机的热功耗。完善的FGC、ATC 控制,良好的通风散热设计,保证了泵浦激光器的长寿命和高可靠工作。前面板的LCD提供整机的工作参数和告警。RS232和RJ45提供串行通信和 SNMP网管接口。光丢失,激光自动关闭,提供了激光安全保护。所有光口均可在前面板安装,也可选择在后面板安装。<\/p>
