火焰复合机
火焰复合机是用于把热塑性材料（比如：用聚酯、聚醚、聚乙烯制成的海绵或则其他具有粘性的薄膜以及纺织品、PVC薄膜、人造革、非机织织物或其他材料），经过快速火焰燃烧海绵表层后与其它材料进行复合而成。通过两组燃烧火排可实现三层材料同时一次性复合完成。粘合原理是通过线形气体燃烧器快速燃烧熔化海绵，海绵产生粘性薄膜，在压辊辊间海绵以及上部织物和衬布在通过胶合间隙时会粘合在一起。火口可选用进口或国产品牌。
1、采用海绵本体作粘合材料，经过火焰喷射使之熔化与其它材料粘合，亦可将其它两种材料利用海绵燃烧熔化后粘合起来，尤其适合毛绒、麂皮绒的复合，具有整体性强、手感好、耐水洗、干洗等优点。
2、配有放卷、送料、自动对边装置，适合大批量生产；恒张力悬挂式冷却系统使复合的品质更有保障。
两种方法：一种是火焰复合机，比较环保，无甲醛；另一种胶水复合，看具体用途。
胶水复合时，由于要用到胶水，所以胶水的选择就显得比较重要，如果选用水性胶那么要好一点，如果选用溶剂胶水，那么伤害要大一下。所以不能简单的对谁优谁劣做出判定，要具体情况具体分析。
这个问题问的比较模糊。面料火焰复合海绵：是用火焰将海绵表面熔融，与面料粘结的一种复合工艺。面料胶合复合海绵：是在海绵表面涂覆一层胶水，再将面料与海绵贴合在一起的工艺。
在环保方面：
1、对于复合好的产品来说，同样的海绵和面料，肯定火焰复合产品更环保，因为不用再表面涂覆一层胶水，胶水中都含有可挥发的有害物质。
2、从加工工艺过程来说，火焰复合时，由于要将海绵表面熔融，所以会产生燃烧不完全的烟，这些烟都是海绵受热分解产生，海绵在合成的时候会用到多种化工原材料，其中异氰酸酯是剧毒，所以分解出的烟中也会含有部分异氰酸酯类物质，对身体不好。
3、单就海绵来说，火焰复合海绵中添加了用于火焰复合的助剂，这些助剂一般都需要具有阻燃和快干的效果，而阻燃成分大多数都是磷酸酯类聚合物，有一定的生殖毒性和致癌性。胶水复合海绵对于海绵没有什么要求，所以也不用再海绵中添加什么用于粘合的助剂，相对于火焰复合海绵，胶水复合海绵要更环保一些。

Two bs: one is the flame compounding machine, which is more environment-friendly and baldehyde free. Another glue compound is used for specific purposes.
When the glue is used, the choice of glue is very important. If you choose water glue a little better, if you choose the solvent glue, then the damage should be bigger. Therefore, we can not simply judge who is superior or inferior, and make specific analysis of specific situations.
The question is rather obscure. Fabric flame composite sponge: it is a composite process of melting the sponge surface with flame and bonding with the fabric. Fabric glue composite sponge: it is a process of coating a sponge on the surface of the sponge, and then combining the fabric with the sponge.
In the environment of environmental protection:
1, for the compound good products, the same sponge and fabric, affirmative flame composite product is more environmentally friendly, because no more surface coating of glue, glue contains volatile harmful substances.
2. From the process of processing, when the flame is mixed, because the surface of the sponge is to be fused, it will produce incomplete combustion of smoke, which are produced by the thermal decomb of the sponge, and the sponges will be used in a variety of chemical raw materials when the sponge is synthesized. Cyanate esters are not good for the body.
3. As for sponges, the flame compound sponges are added in the flame compound. These additives generally need the effect of flame retardancy and fast drying, while most of the flame retardant components are phosphate esters, which have certain reproductive toxicity and carcinogenicity. The glue compound sponge has no requirement for the sponge, so it is not necessary to add anything to the sponge in the sponge. The glue compound sponge is more environmentally friendly than the flame composite sponge.
