油胶是充油胶，干胶是没充油的！从理论上说所以的SBS都可以用来做TPE，不过具体还是取决于你需要的性能。胶水分为水胶和油胶。油胶是一种半固体胶，当然价格也贵得多。油胶比水胶的成本贵3倍之多。油性涂层胶是以油性溶剂（甲苯，DMF，丁酮等）作为溶剂，将丙烯酸或聚氨酯溶解而成。其优点是成膜性好，牢度好，PU能贴热风胶，是当前普遍使用的涂层胶。缺点是由于使用了油性溶剂，所以环保方面欠缺一点，特别是现在原油涨价，导致油性溶剂价格也一路上涨。大部分的涂层胶由于成本高，所以使用了比较差的油性溶剂，导致环保不达标，另外随着各国环保标准的进一步提高，所以对涂层胶的环保要求越来越高。
水胶的含水量大，价格也相对比较便宜。水性胶是以水作为溶剂将丙烯酸或聚氨酯通过专门的乳化设备，乳化而成。优点是品种多，环保，价格低廉，现在有和很多涂层都是用水性胶，例如：一般的水溶性PA，水溶性PU还有皮膜胶，油感蜡感，刮色浆料等功能性浆料。水溶性以其功能性，环保型和价格低廉，将是今后涂层的方向。缺点是成膜性差，水洗牢度差，PU不能贴热风胶。

Operational requirements:
Operators can operate the equipment only after they are fully familiar with the perbance and working principle of the machine. The equipment must be operated by a special person, and non-operator can not be disorderly opened and disturbed.
Before production, electrical appliances such as cables, circuit breakers, contactors and motors should be inspected to meet the requirements.
Before production, it is necessary to check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced or not, and startup equipment without phase is strictly prohibited.
During the production period, it should check whether the rotary joints are safe, whether the pipeline is smooth, whether there is any damage, oil leakage, and timely removal.
The hot oil engine must be turned on before production, and can be produced only after the temperature is raised to the required temperature of the process. Before production, check whether the pressure of each barometer is normal, whether there is air leakage in the air passage, and repair it in time.
Before large-scale production of equipment, small-scale test should be done before large-scale production can be achieved.
Before production, the lubrication conditions of hydraulic stations, reducers, bearing bushes, screw, etc. should be checked, and the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil should be injected correctly and timely.
After shutdown, the rubber trough and scraper accessories, mesh rollers must be cleaned in time to remove residual glue and dirt from all parts of the machine for next use.
