\r1<\/span><\/span><\/b>、概述<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/b>\r<\/p>\r \r随着科学技术的发展,矿井提升机安全,可靠地运行,对于液压站提出了新要求。为此我们设计了<\/span>TE130<\/span><\/span>、<\/span>TE131<\/span><\/span>双电机、双油泵二级制动液压站。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>TE130<\/span><\/span>液压站适用于<\/span>XKT<\/span><\/span>,<\/span>XKT-B<\/span><\/span>型,<\/span>JK<\/span><\/span>型单绳双单筒矿井提升机。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>TE131<\/span><\/span>液压站适用于<\/span>XKT<\/span><\/span>,<\/span>XKT-B<\/span><\/span>型,<\/span>JK<\/span><\/span>型单绳单筒矿井提升机,带盘形制动系统的<\/span>JKM<\/span><\/span>型井塔式多绳摩擦式提升机,<\/span>JKMD<\/span><\/span>落地式多绳摩擦式提升机。<\/span>TE132<\/span><\/span>在<\/span>TE131<\/span><\/span>液压站的基础上增加了两个压力继电器,一个压力传感器。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>1.1 <\/span><\/span>液压站的主要作用:<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>(<\/span>1<\/span><\/span>)为盘形制动器提供可以调节的压力油,使提升机获得不同的制动力矩。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>(<\/span>2<\/span><\/span>)在任何事故状态下,可以使盘形制动器的油压讯速降低到预先调定的某一值,经过延时后,盘形制动器的全部油压值讯速回到零,使盘形制动器达到全制动状态。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>(<\/span>3<\/span><\/span>)<\/span>TE130<\/span><\/span>液压站可以供给单绳双筒矿井提升机的调绳装置所需要的控制压力油。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>1.2 <\/span><\/span>主要技术参数:<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r最大工作油压<\/span> <\/span>6.3MPa<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r最大供油量<\/span> <\/span>9.0L/min<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r工作油温<\/span> <\/span>15~<\/span>65<\/span>℃<\/span><\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r油箱储油量<\/span> <\/span>500L<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r二级制动延时时间<\/span> <\/span>0<\/span><\/span>~<\/span>10S<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r电液调压装置允许最大输入电流<\/span> <\/span>250mA <\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r液压油牌号<\/span> <\/span>L-HM-46<\/span><\/span>抗磨液压油(推荐)<\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r<\/span><\/span> \r<\/p>\r \r4<\/span><\/span><\/b>、<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/b>故障处理<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/b>\r<\/p>\r \r液压站在正常工作和调试过程中,可能会出现这样或那样的故障,现将可能出现的常见故障及处理方法介绍如下:<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r4.1 <\/span><\/span>油泵启动以后,经过<\/span>60<\/span><\/span>~<\/span>90S<\/span><\/span>后,电液调压装置上的喷嘴、溢流阀未见回油,油压表指示为零。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r原因:油泵吸不上油。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r处理方法:如果油泵吸油口的截止阀没有打开,应立即打开;将电机反转,发现油面有翻腾现象后再使电机正转,就能吸上油来;或将吸油管拧下,在吸油管处注油,同时转动油泵,发现有吸油的咔啦、咔啦声,并且在出油口处有喷油,说明油泵已恢复正常工作。拧紧吸油管,即可正常工作。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r4.2 <\/span><\/span>转动油泵,电液调压装置上的溢流阀有回油现象,在油压升高时,油面有大量的气泡,同时有较大的噪音,油压出现不稳的现象。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r原因:油泵轴处的油封破裂;或油泵的紧固螺钉未拧紧;吸油口处的滤油器堵塞,使吸油阻力增大,造成空穴现象,有大量空气进入油泵内。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r处理方法:更换油封;拧紧紧固螺钉;清除滤油器的堵塞物。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r4.3 <\/span><\/span>油泵转动,油压能够上升到所需油压值,但油泵发热、噪音大。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r原因:油泵的配油盘和转子之间的间隙太小,油泵转动时间稍长就会使油盘有擦伤现象。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r处理方法:拆开油泵,将转子和上下配油盘取出,将擦伤的部分用平面磨床磨平,根据修磨情况,确定适当的垫片,放在端盖和配油盘之间,油泵可恢复正常工作。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r4.4 <\/span><\/span>油泵运转正常,电液调压装置的动线圈的电流为最大时,油压不上,或在正常提升时,突然下降到零。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r原因:图<\/span>3<\/span><\/span>中的节流螺塞<\/span>13<\/span><\/span>的小孔被堵。(见附图)<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r处理方法:将堵塞物取出,可恢复正常工作。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r4.5 <\/span><\/span>油泵运转正常,电液调压装置的动线圈的电流为零时,油压可上升到接近松闸状态,但油压不可调节。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r原因:喷嘴被赃物堵住,但未完全堵住;或控制杆被十字弹簧卡住,不能上下运动。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r处理方法:将赃物从喷嘴中取出;修复控制杆的卡紧现象,使其运动灵活、上下自如。即可恢复正常工作。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r \r4.6 <\/span><\/span>
