加热器使用注意事项<\/strong>
<\/b>1.PTC加热器的功率受外部环境影响很大，理想的测试方法是在标准工况下安装在整机中进行。通常为便于双方检验确认，实际操作时，是以在整机中确认的封样件来调整模拟风道的相关参数后测试的。测试时环境温度一般保持在20<\/span>～25<\/span>℃左右。
2.PTC<\/span>加热器在工作时有热膨胀现象，故在结构设计时应考虑加热器周围留有一定间隙（5mm<\/span>以上）；
3.<\/span>若选用表面带电型加热器，在设计时还应考虑防触电措施及蒸发器结霜时的安全间距，确保没有人体、金属物和霜层触及的可能。选用表面绝缘型加热器则较为安全；
4.<\/span>加热器装接三相供电时，应采用Y<\/span>型连接，且中性点必须接零线，避免因三相不平衡造成某路加热器端电压过高的故障隐患<\/span> <\/p>PTC<\/strong>加热器特性<\/strong>
