COLCOAT SP-2001,2002 系含有导电性金属酸化物超微粒子之极安定性的水溶液。 在基材上涂布就可以形成电导性薄膜,使电器绝缘材料能够导电化处理。<\/span>

稀释倍率超过4<\/span>倍时,涂膜强度会减弱,因此在正式使用前要先涂布试验以确认效果。<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>


亲和性之改良(<\/span>利用调配液剂的方法<\/span>)<\/span>:<\/span>
COLCOAT SP 系列因为十一水为溶媒,所以涂布于某些涂布物上,会有部分不能沾湿的不亲和现象, 因此,可用下述方法加以改善: <\/span> <\/p>

*<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td>

添加醇类溶剂:<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

 <\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td>

添加甲醇约30%<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

*<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td>

添加界面活性剂:<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

 <\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td>

添加少许阴离子系界面活性剂。<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>


[例<\/span>]<\/span>
添加0<\/span>。<\/span>1%<\/span>日本油脂<\/span>(<\/span>株<\/span>)<\/span>制造的阴离子界面活性剂<\/span>“Rapisol B-80”<\/span>于 <\/span>COLCOAT SP <\/span>系列溶液。 <\/span> <\/p>

*<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td>

先以约1%<\/span>的甲醇稀释界面活性剂,再加入<\/span>COLCOAT SP <\/span>溶液,以方便处理。<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

要达到濡湿度指数45dyn<\/span>以上<\/span>(<\/span>依据和光纯药<\/span>(<\/span>株<\/span>)<\/span>濡湿标准液<\/span>)<\/span>的条件,请试用 <\/span>CORONA <\/span>放电处理之后再予以涂布。<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
