DPP-260铝塑/铝铝泡罩包装机（英文：DPP-260 Aluminum Plastic/Aluminum Aluminum Blister Packing Machine）
1、成型、热封、打批号、压痕、冲裁等装置全部采用制有齿条的心轴定位，摇动摇手柄，各种装置均能在心轴上轻松自如的移动，机台装有标尺，校正方便，定位迅速准确。

2、采用进口伺服电机配合机械手牵引，采用了双重摆杆装置，增大了牵引行程的可调范围（标准140mm，可定制到180mm），能适应各种尺寸药版的包装。机器对版加热、正压成型、上下网纹、气缸热封、自动送料、自动压痕打批号、自动冲裁版块，操作简单运行可靠。

3、特殊物料包装厚度≥14mm，采用正压空气成型并配置机械冲头，确保了泡罩成型均匀挺括，适用于大密丸、医疗器械等较大尺寸或特殊形状物的包装；配以专用的自动加料器，能适应安瓿、针剂、西林瓶等的包装，适用范围广。

4、主传动部分采用平行轴斜齿轮减速箱，成型、热封、压痕等模具采用肖钉定位，压板固紧，定位准确，换模方便，节省包材。

6、为便于机器进入车间，机身可按用户要求进行分体制作。
