申请编制MSDS需要提供些什么？
申请人或公司名称、地址、联系人、电话、传真、邮箱、产品名称、产品型号、产品性质、最终用途、出口国、产品包含的化学成分名称及成分百分比 (CAS NO.) 、产品物理性质等。

一份完整规范的SDS必须具备以下十六项内容：

3. comb/inbation on ingredients 合成/成分方面的数据
4. first-aid measures 急救措施
5. fire-fighting measures 消防措施
6. accidental release measures 出事故时解除痛苦的措施
7. handling and storage 处置和储藏
8. exposure controls/personal protection 接触控制和个人保护
9. physical and chemical properties 物理和化学性质
10. stability and reactivity 稳定性和反应性
11. toxicological inbation 毒物资料
12. ecological inbation 生态资料
13. disposal considerations 丢弃考虑
14. transport inbation 运输资料
15. regulatory inbation 规章
