ET 200SP 总线适配器 (RJ45)
总线适配器 BA 2xFC
SIPLUS ET 200SP 的接口模块具有一个用于总线适配器的通用 PROFINET 接口。使用适宜的总线适配器,可根据特定应用的要求来调整连接类型:
- 对于具有中等机械负荷和 EMC 负荷的标准应用,可使用 BA 2xRJ45 总线适配器。该适配器具有用于标准 RJ45 插头的两个插座。
- 对于各个部件要承受较高机械和/或 EMC 负荷的机器与系统,建议使用 BA 2xFC 总线适配器。在此情况下,将通过 FastConnect 端子来直接连接总线电缆(与 PROFIBUS 连接器类似),这已在无数应用中得到证明。采用这种技术时,组装极为迅速,与 RJ45 插入式连接器相比,抗振性和抗电磁干扰性均提高 5 倍。
- 带有光纤电缆连接用总线适配器可用于覆盖两个站和/或较高 EMC 负载之间的较高电位差。
该总线适配器的另一个优点是:其目的是:修理出现问题的 RJ45 插座、后期转用可靠的 FastConnect 技术或者光纤连接技术时,仅仅只需更换该适配器。
