光电液位传感器的原理
光电液位传感器内含光电触发电路输出一个开关
信号,指示有/无液位。
工作模式为传感器内部光反射原理,一个发光二极管
(LED)和光接受三极管被包含在传感器前端的半球顶内。
当没有液体时,光线反射到接收管通过球顶,当没有液体时,
光线在球顶内部发生部分折射出球体内,引起接收管输出变
化,这种液面测量方法,能即时反映液面变化。
