BSM400瓷柱绝缘子数字化超声波探伤仪作为北极星辰公司推出的新一代产品,通过配置专业瓷柱探伤探头和波形分析软件,可对任何瓷柱进行探伤。其频率范围可达20MHZ,最大检测深度为10米。具有经济、耐用、精度高和抗干扰能力强的特点。特别适用于变电站电磁干扰的环境下测量,锂电池使用时间长达14小时,完全满足现场长时间测试的需求,是瓷柱探伤理想、经济的超声波探伤仪。 同时,该机还使用了DAC曲线进行瓷柱探伤时的回波评价,通过DAC曲线可迅速对绝缘子的优劣做出判定。能有效的检测出支柱瓷绝缘子法兰口内肉眼看不到的裂纹、夹 层、夹渣、气孔等 ; 并能对裂纹测长、测深等
瓷柱绝缘子探伤仪的特点:
1. 根据支柱瓷绝缘子自身的特点和探伤要求 , 增设专门的探伤软件, 增强发射强度, 提高了探伤的准确率 , 更适合支柱瓷绝缘子探伤。
2、针对各种类型支柱瓷绝缘子和支柱资绝缘子断裂 95%以上在法兰口内 3cm 到第一瓷沿之间 , 设计了支柱瓷绝缘子探伤的高精度专用探头:12个爬波探头 、12 个高强瓷探头供用户选择;该专用探伤探头耐磨损,精度高,防电场干扰。
自动化功能
●自动校准:自动测试“探头零点”、“K值”、“前沿”及“材料声速”;
