特种防静电水泥砂浆是根据国家现行有关施工及验收规范，SJ/T 31469-2002《地面施工及验收规范》，特别配置的特种导电砂浆，具有较高的导电能力和耐磨特点。

B防静电水泥砂浆技术特点；

特种防静电水泥砂浆（地坪）对静电聚集有良好的导电能力，接地时，材料中可锻性的金属骨料和导电体提供地面一个高度防静电火花产生和导电能力，可传导地面的静电。

导电指标值：1.0×105Ω—1.0×109Ω。抗压强度可达100N／mm2

特种防静电水泥砂浆（地坪）处理过的水泥地面比未经处理的地面耐磨度高3倍。

超强的粘结力，可与各种新旧混凝土地面直接粘结。

C防静电砂浆的用途；

易燃品仓库、电子车间、易产生火花的生产区域、军需品或易爆工厂、飞机库、纺织品、纸浆、印刷厂等有荷静电聚集的区域。

E防静电砂浆施工操作工艺

（1）做找平层前，必须提前一天用清水洗擦干净基层，使其保持湿润，二楼楼层以上施工时，更要注意保证混凝土的充分湿润，湿润深度10公分以上，否则会出现空鼓开裂现象！

（2）刷界面剂1-2mm厚结合层，界面剂水灰比为0.3~0.4，应控制一次刷的面积不宜过大,做多少,每平方米用量1-1.5公斤为宜!

（3）捣制找平层，要严格根据设计单位提供的资料，结合施工交底按1：0.15（砂浆：水）必须机械搅拌器搅拌3分钟以上，每次搅拌料不得超过50公斤（砂浆50公斤包装，最多用水量为7.5-8公斤）

（4）将搅拌好的砂浆按设定好的部位进行施工即可。

（5）本砂浆一次性成形20mm，直接人工压光找平即可，注意：不得在上强度后压光，更不能用机械压光机压光！

（6）养护找平层，铺设完过24小时后，洒水湿润，在常温下进行养护。一般养护期不少于2-7天，才进行下一道工序。在养护期间，保护好地面，不要上人走动或者进行其他操作工作，以免影响工程质量。
