“不是不给你50捆，是确实没那么多，材料涨价了。”洪先生在石狮开办某知名热熔膜生产企业最近他已不止一次对客户表示歉意。“自今年开工以来，TPU原料一天一个价，企业根本不敢囤货。”洪先生表示，为了应对这轮来势汹汹的涨价潮，洪先生只能采取当天订货当天采购原料的做法，少量囤货。而对年前的订单洪先生选择了不提价，对新订单的涨价幅度也尽量控制在20%以内。

据悉，目前除了鞋材商，泉州的包装企业也开始头疼了。春节开工后，包装企业发现上游的纸厂已经纷纷下达涨价通知，涨幅在10%~20%。晋江陈埭一家包装企业负责人林先生就表示，对于老客户仍采取不涨价的措施，但对于新订单他们并不能保证能一直不涨价。
