防爆原理
将普通电器元件装入一个充满保护气体的主腔内，保证主
腔内部保护气体的压力高于外部环境气体，以免性混
合物进入主腔，或保证足量的保护气体通过使内部的
性混合物的浓度降至下限以下，从而达到防爆的目的。
Explosion-protected principle
Put normal equipment components into a main chamber which
is filled with protective gas to ensure the pressure of the inner
protective gas is higher than the outer to pretect explosive mixture
from entering main chamber, or to ensure enough quantity
of protective gas so that the consistency of explosive mixture is
below the explosion limit to achieve the aim of explosion protection.
产品特色
采用主、副盘(柜、箱)结构，主盘为正压腔，内装各种规
格普通的电器元件和防爆必须的通风布气系统、检压传
感系统、气压调节系统等；副盘内装防爆压力显示系统、
防爆换气自控系统、防爆报警系统、防爆电源自切换系
统、进出气源连接口、外部的进出电缆密封装置等 ；
正压腔内可安装各种普通的检测仪表、分析仪表、显示仪
表、监视器、微电脑触摸屏、大功率变频器等，内装电器
元件基本不受限制 ；
外壳采用优质碳钢或不锈钢板焊接成型，表面高压静电
喷塑；
结构形式可为盘式、柜式、箱式、操作台式；
按进气方式可分为正压通风型和正压补偿型 ；
正压通风型为不间断连续供气，正压腔内电器元件的工
作热量可随时带走，具有良好的散热功能 ；
正压补偿型为间断性供气，正压腔具有良好的保压密封
性能 ；
用户须自给气源( 净化空气或氮气) ，气源压力为
0.4MPa～0.8MPa；通常现场的仪表气源可满足要求。
Features
It adopts the structure of main switchboard and assistant switchboard.
Main switchboard is the pressurized chamber, inside installed
the normal components and the needed ventilating system,
sense system and air pressure adjustment system; the inside
of assistant switchboard installed explosion-protected displaying
system, gas exchanging autocontrol system, alarming system,
power autoswitch system, in and out gas source joint and the
exterior in and out cable sealing device;
The pressurized chamber is able to install various common check
meters, analysis meter, display meter, monitor, microcomputer
feeling screen, high-power transducer and so on. The inside installed
components are normally without limit;
The shell adopts moulded high-quality carbon steel or stainless
steel with pressurized static plastic-sprayed surface;
The structure b includes meter panel、tank、box and operation
platb;
There are pressurized ventilation and pressurized compensation
entering types.
Pressurized ventilation type is of continuous air feed, and the
heat of the components in general cavity can be sent out which
provides good heat-disfusing function;
Pressurized compensation type is of discontinuous air feed, and it
has good pressure guarantee and sealing function;
The user must supply gas source (clean air or nitrogen gas),the
gas pressure is 0.4MPa～0.8Mpa; usual gas source is available

3、副盘（柜、箱内供电：AC220/230V，50Hz～60Hz，10A；
4、输入气源压力为：0.4MPa～0.8MPa，净化空气或氮气等保护气体；

7、换气时间：10～30min(由防爆检测单位确定，Tp=5×V/Q Tp：换气时间；V：主腔内净容量，Q：保护气体流量；

9、功能指标：
a、仪表电器供电前，按启动按钮对主盘（柜、箱）内剩余空气进行自动换气，换气结束自动维持正压值为150Pa≤P＜350Pa，此时可向正压柜主腔内电器供电；
b、内部正压值P≥350Pa时,自动系统自动关闭进气或开启排气阀；
c、内部正压值P＜150Pa时,自动补气；
d、内部正压值P＜80Pa时,自动声光报警；
e、内部正压值P＜50Pa时,自动切断电源。
