NextMove ESB-2的详细描述：

轴数：可选3个或4个闭环轴另加4个开环轴。

轴的类型：闭环伺服/矢量：带有速度和加速度正向输送项的PID。每100微妙更新一次。开环：步进/方向峰值频率500kHZ。差分或可选用的5V开集电极。

位置反馈信号伺服/矢量增量式编码器 RS422 带有索引（Z）脉冲的差分A、B信号，峰值频率20MHZ。

辅助编码器 2个带3轴闭环变量 1个带4轴闭环变量，可以用于位置跟踪，位置校验或者双编码器反馈。

板载内存用于固件和程序存储的2Mb字节的内存。2Mb字节的做静态存储器。用作参数存储的32Kb字节的非易失性RAM器。

数字输入 20光隔离24伏直流输入。采样率为1ms。可接到通用正负极（与NPN或PNP输出晶体管配套使用），可为范围（正反向）、复位、停机和驱动器误差配置的软件。

数字输出 12个光电分离的12-24VDC PNP 用于启动驱动器的可配置软件每信道标准为50mA 单信道最大负载为350mA 8个信道合计500mA

模拟输出输出3或4次驱动控制信号对于驱动命令信号，有三种输出功率 ±10V、12位分辨率一通用±10V12位输出

模拟输入 2个微分输入两种误差不超过V±10V，12位分辨率下运行

继电器输出单输出适用于驱动器启用，额定值为24V（150mA）的C型继电器（单刀双郑），一般为常开常闭状态

串行口 RS485/232

NextMove ESB-2Panel mount 8 axis motion controllerNextMove ESB-2 a compact panel mount motion controller for the control of up to 8 axes - 4 servo, 4 open loop stepper. NextMove ESB-2, coupled with MINT motion programming, offers a high speed and flexible motion controller. On board I/O can be used to control many parts of the machine. This can be further expanded with either ABB's range of CAN I/O modules operating over the CAN bus, or alternatively, CANopen devices conbing to the standard DS401 I/O profile.

Versatile programming is provided by means of MINT - multitasking BASIC, or the supplied ActiveX components for PC based interfaces and is compatible with our MintNC 2.5 axis CAD to motion solution.
