一、【设备用途 Application】：
本机广泛应用于各类软/硬导体线(铜线、漆包线、镀锡线、铜包钢、铜包铝等)及电子线的绞合，如:电源线、电话线、音频线、视频线、汽车线、网络线等。

二、【技术特点 Technique Feature】：
1．主轴最高转速为3000-4500rpm。
2．自动张力控制:绞线时，收线从盘底收到满盘时收线张力需不断增大，本机能自动跟踪调节收线张力；使整盘收线张力均匀一致，同时本机还能不停机调节张力。
3．主机为黄油润滑，自然循环冷却，有效延长主轴轴承使用寿命。
4．过线系统采用新型结构，导线从主轴导轮直接过线到弓带上，减去了由于铝盘上的转角导轮故障而引起的的刮伤及跳股现象。
5．调整绞距只需更换一只变换齿轮，调整绞向只需扳动换向杆，简捷地操作，从而降低作业者的失误率及工作强度。

5. To adjust the twisting distance, only one change gear is needed. To adjust the twisting direction, it is only necessary to move the reversing lever to operate simply, thereby reducing the operator's error rate and work intensity.
