(4) 1999年和2003年对华北石油钢管厂露天存放的陕京焊接弯头管道剩余防腐管进行了抽测,其防腐的性能基本没有下降,尤其是华龙公司采用齐鲁聚乙烯生产的防腐管,存放6年后各项指标仍符合现行标准SY/T0413-2002规定,说明3PE防腐层确实具有优良的耐久和抗衰老性能。
