一、用途：
适用于双面板，多层板之文字、阻焊、连塞带印工艺印刷
二、特点:
整机为分体式结构，包括3组印刷系统集成和1套翻板系统
机与机之间采用独立机械手送板，比传统传送方式更快捷
印刷主机采用四柱式结构（2主体立柱+两辅助立柱）+原装进口ccd对位系统，确保满足大尺寸规格产品印刷精度
采用日本**xyθ对位平台结构，对位功能与印刷架网框互不干扰，保证对位结构经久耐用，减少机器部件磨损，确保精度长久
可与前端搭配自动投料机与双面印刷机连线作业，后端可与自动烘干炉进行自动对接
全机采用德国，意大利，日本等国进口元件制造，保证机器稳固耐用，确保寿命
具备双离网及网框位移功能
快速安装组合式钉床，节省换料号时间，提高产能
features：
the printer has an integrated structure and consists of three main printing machines and one panel turnover machine.
the main printing machine adopts the two-pillar structure and the ccd (charge coupled device)alignment system imported orginally from japan,ensuring high precision of large-size print.
the entire machine uses two sets of ccd alignment systems which start to align once before printing any page to ensure printing precision.turning over the panel will not cause the b deviation or the damage of the first print page.
the main printing main and the panel turnover machine are designed independently,simple but well-equipped,flexible to operate and not complicated to maintain due ti machine complication printing to ensure correct.
the components of the entire machine are manufactured and imported from german,italy and japan,ensuring the steadiness,durability and long-usage period.
