运行原理
该设备将塑料颗粒熔融挤出分切成粒后再通过合模压塑成型，旋转式连续生产。
operation principle
the machine extrudes and cuts the melting plastic granule into particles which are then shaped through closed compression ,rotary continous production.
工艺步骤
塑料颗粒被加热、挤压、匀速射出料坯。
料坯均匀切断成料粒并落入模腔。
合模将料粒压制成盖并冷却定型。
盖子输出并剔出不合格品
