奈营高速公路项目有 42 道预制拼装的综合管廊模具，其中跨径 2 米的有 23 道，跨径 4 米的 18 道，跨径 6 米的 1 道。跨径 2 米的综合管廊模具是整截面整节段预制的，每段长度按设计用 3 米标准段和 1 米标准段；跨径 4 米和 6 米的综合管廊钢模具，采用薄壁预制构件组装，还有些部位是现场浇筑的。这些都是在预制场统一预制生产的，等强度达到设计要求后，运到现场用吊车拼装。
