UPE耐磨轴套防腐蚀轴套专业定制pe轴套是热塑性工程塑料，结合了所有塑料的优越性能。机械性能高于高密度聚乙烯，具有突出的耐磨损，抗冲击性，抗低温磨损系数小，耐应力开裂性，耐高温蠕变性，低摩擦系数，自润滑性， 的耐化学腐蚀性，噪音阻尼性，耐核辐射性等优良性能。
聚乙烯耐磨轴套的特点：
1.耐磨性居塑料之首，比尼龙66和聚四氟乙烯高4倍，比碳钢高6倍；
2.冲击强度列塑料 ，为PC的2倍，ABS的5倍，且能在液氮温度（－196℃）下保持高韧性；
3.自润滑性与聚四氟乙烯相当，
4.冲击能吸收值在所有塑料中为高值，消音效果很好；
5.化学稳定性很高，在一定温度和浓度范围内能耐各种腐蚀介质及有机介质的作用。
6.抗粘附能力极强，仅次于聚四氟乙烯；
7.完全卫生无毒，可用于接触食品和药物；
8.密度在所有工程塑料中小，比聚四氟乙烯轻56％。
9.耐低温性能良好，零下256度 各项性能不发生变化，熔点是136度，热变形温度是85度左右。
