工作原理

全自动连续拉伸膜真空包装机的工作原理是使用成形模具，先把薄膜加热，而后再用成形模具冲成容器的形状，然后将包装物装入成型了的下膜腔中，再进行真空包装。深拉包装使用的膜为深拉膜，分软膜和硬膜，此膜具有成形性优良、透明度高、可阻隔氧气，耐热、密接性、平整性、防雾性优良，易开封等特点。这种膜配以热成形包装机，不但可包装固体、液体、软物体、易碎品等，还可进行真空软膜包装、硬膜充气包装、泡罩包装等。使用时卫生、高产、节省人工，而且成本较低。
