郑州阿姆利特机械制造纤维水泥瓦设备四工位瓦板一体机阿姆利特机械该产品是我厂凭着从事复合纤维板材设备的丰富经验，及汇集国内、同类产品的技术，自行研制开发而成，是生产石棉瓦生产线设备、硅酸钙板生产线设备、水泥纤维板生产线设备纤维水泥板生产线设备等瓦板设备。主要特点为：采用PLC自动控制，气动原理，自动化程度高，人员使用少，每班只需要7人即可正常生产，整机设计合理，造型美观，使用维护方便。
控制由三菱可编程序控制器SX2N-64MB、松下小型变频器VF-8Z、VFO等元件组成，整个程序动作由PLC控制。该控制具有自动、调试、手动功能，有一模叁瓦、一模两瓦、一模一瓦及脊瓦程序选择，同时还有程序、过热、过流等多种保护，使用。性能，运行稳定，度高，产品合格率高是该机的特点，欢迎您选择使用真空复合纤维板设备成型机.
郑州阿姆利特机械制造纤维水泥瓦设备四工位瓦板一体机 ZK4-1280型真空成型机是制造复合瓦板目前的设备，该设备采用流水线生产作业，自动化程度高，操作简单。全条生产线长60米，宽4.8米，高3.6米，需要7-9名工人操作，总功率139千瓦，每天（24小时）可以生产3600片复合纤维瓦板，年产量在100万片左右。
生产线需要建一个长70米，宽16米，高6米的生产车间，厂房面积不低于1000平米。
全部设备需要3个40英尺的货柜，主机设备总重量48吨左右，如果出口需要铁路运输或者海运。
